About SideKick360
Built by Operators,
for Operators
SideKick360 is a real-time analytics and performance platform that turns the data already in your shop management system into daily action for independent auto repair shops, tire dealers, and multi-unit service operators.
What we do
What SideKick360 does
SideKick360 connects to the shop management system you already use, standardizes every repair order, and runs your shop’s day as one loop:
- Identify what moves the needle. Out of everything in your point-of-sale data, surface the few numbers that actually drive car count, ARO, and gross profit.
- Full transparency at the counter. The counter is where everything happens during the day — advisors see what every vehicle is due for while the customer is standing there.
- Know what was missed. Every night, see exactly which opportunities walked out the door, by advisor and by store, so the team gets better at what it does.
- Load the bays for tomorrow. Turn what was missed into a call list and tomorrow’s appointments before the doors open.
Maintenance Hunter
Checks every vehicle against its OE maintenance schedule, CARFAX history, and your shop’s own service records in under 4 seconds. Advisors see what’s due before the car is in the bay, so legitimate maintenance stops going undiscussed.
Advisor performance scorecards
Ranks every service advisor on the KPIs that drive gross profit — ARO, maintenance attach rate, effective labor rate, and more. Managers coach to the gaps instead of guessing who needs help.
Nightly reports and the 6am morning package
Operations reports land in owners’ and managers’ inboxes and phones automatically — no logins, no digging. Everyone starts the day knowing yesterday’s numbers and what a good job looks like today.
Multi-location dashboards
Rolls up every store, district, and region into one standardized view with store rankings and cross-location advisor benchmarks. Operators manage by exception instead of pulling reports store by store.
Customer intelligence and exports
Surfaces customer retention, declined work, and lapsed customers, and exports clean invoice-detail and CRM files. The data is standardized enough to hand directly to your marketing tools or to AI.
Why SideKick360
What makes SideKick360 different
Your point-of-sale data, AI-ready the moment it lands
Raw shop data is messy — every system codes services, parts, and labor differently, so AI tools can’t act on it reliably. We’ve spent six years refining one standardized data set built around the actions top shops take, so your data is clean enough for AI agents to act on the day you connect.
One view across 10 shop management systems
The reporting built into Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, or NAPA TRACS only sees stores running that system. SideKick360 normalizes data from 10 systems into one format, so a group running three different systems still compares every store apples to apples.
Reports come to you
General BI tools like Power BI or Excel need someone to build the report and someone to open it. SideKick360 delivers the nightly report and 6am morning package automatically — one multi-unit customer got back two hours a day that used to go into spreadsheets.
Maintenance checked on 100% of visits
A digital inspection only catches what a technician sees. Maintenance Hunter checks every vehicle against its OE schedule and history on every visit — Meineke Garner Group went from $53,600 to $141,500 in monthly sales after making it part of write-up.
Live in days, with 30 days of history on day one
The install takes about 15 minutes, with no data migration and no change to how your team writes repair orders. Maintenance Hunter back-runs your last 30 days, so you see missed revenue in dollars before your first full week.
From $99 a month, no long-term contract
Maintenance Hunter on its own is $99 per location per month; the full platform is $200. Both start with a 30-day free trial and no credit card. Cancel with 30 days’ notice — we’d rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
Built by operators, not a pitch deck
Our CEO started behind the counter at Bridgestone/Firestone in 1992 and ran stores, districts, and regions for 30 years. Every KPI in the platform was field-tested in real shops before it became software.
Customers
Who uses SideKick360
- Independent auto repair shops (single location) that want to grow ARO and car count without adding bays or technicians.
- Tire dealers running ASA TireMaster, TCS TireWorks HD, or FreedomSoft TireShop who need tire and service analytics in one place.
- Multi-unit operators with 2 to 100+ locations — including groups running different shop management systems at different stores.
- Franchisees of national auto service brands (for example, Meineke Garner Group) who need store-level accountability beyond franchisor reporting.
- District and regional managers responsible for coaching service advisors and store managers across a territory.
- NAPA TRACS shops — SideKick360 is built into NAPA TRACS with a free 30-day trial.

Leadership
The team behind SideKick360
SideKick360 started with a problem our founders lived for 30 years: shops had plenty of data locked inside their management systems and no practical way to use it. Patrick and Mercury built the platform they always wished they had, founding SideKick360 in Gilbert, Arizona in 2020 after working together at BAYiQ.
Patrick Murphy
CEO & Co-Founder
Started behind the counter at Bridgestone/Firestone in 1992, then led stores, districts, and regions at TBC Corporation (NTB, Tire Kingdom, Big O Tires) and dealer development for Michelin’s wholesale distribution. Founded Retail Tire & Service Solutions in 2008 (coaching and turnarounds for multi-unit operators) and BAYiQ in 2014 (loyalty marketing, acquired by AutoVitals in 2021).
Mercury Sahwany
CTO & Co-Founder
20 years of software engineering, the last 10 spent building exclusively for the tire and automotive service industry. Lead developer at BAYiQ, he architected SideKick360 from the ground up — including the normalization layer that standardizes raw data from every supported shop management system.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is SideKick360?
SideKick360 is a real-time analytics and performance platform for auto repair and tire shops. It connects to the shop management system a shop already uses, standardizes the data, and delivers missed-maintenance alerts, advisor scorecards, and daily operations reports to owners and managers.
Is SideKick360 a shop management system?
No. SideKick360 sits on top of your existing shop management system — you keep writing repair orders in NAPA TRACS, Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, or whatever you run today. SideKick360 reads that data and turns it into daily action.
Which shop management systems does SideKick360 work with?
SideKick360 works with NAPA TRACS, Tekmetric, Mitchell 1, R.O. Writer, ASA TireMaster, TCS TireWorks HD, FreedomSoft TireShop, Hoops & Gears, Shop-Ware, and Protractor. Multi-unit operators can run different systems at different stores and still see every location in one standardized view.
How much does SideKick360 cost?
The full SideKick360 platform is $200 per month per location, and Maintenance Hunter on its own is $99 per month per location. Per-location pricing improves with group size. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access and no credit card required.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
How long does it take to get started?
The install takes about 15 minutes and is usually done the same day you sign up. Maintenance Hunter back-runs your last 30 days of repair orders, so you see the maintenance you missed on day one.
Who founded SideKick360?
SideKick360 was founded in 2020 in Gilbert, Arizona by Patrick Murphy (CEO), a 30-year tire and auto service operator, and Mercury Sahwany (CTO), a software engineer who has spent the last decade building exclusively for the automotive service industry.
