Coming October 30 · SideKick360 Connector

Ask about your shop in plain English

Soon you’ll be able to ask Claude or ChatGPT how your shop is doing — sales, advisors, Maintenance Hunter, customers and tires — and get answers from your own SideKick360 data. No exports. No spreadsheets.

Planned launch: October 30, 2026. In testing now — not yet publicly available.

Same chat. Your shop’s numbers behind it.

Today, asking an AI about your shop means exporting a report and pasting it in. The connector lets the chat look up your SideKick360 data itself, for the stores your login can see.

Today
  1. Run a report in SideKick360
  2. Export it and open the spreadsheet
  3. Filter, sort and compare advisors by hand
  4. Do it again next week
With the connector

Type “Which advisor missed the most Maintenance Hunter opportunities last month?” The answer comes back from your data, and you can ask for the invoices behind it.

Two things a generic chat can’t tell you

Any AI can read a spreadsheet. SideKick360 already knows which maintenance was flagged and not sold, and which customers are slipping away.

Maintenance Hunter

What was due, and what was missed?

Maintenance Hunter flags the maintenance each vehicle was due for. The connector brings back what was sold and what was missed, by service, store and advisor — down to the invoices.

  • Flagged
  • Sold
  • Missed
  • Capture rate
Which services did we miss most last month, and what were they worth?
Three services account for most of last month’s missed maintenance:
  • Cabin air filter — flagged often, sold on few visits
  • Brake fluid service
  • Coolant service
Want it by advisor, or the invoices behind each one?

Illustrative example.

Customer segments

Who’s slipping away?

SideKick360 groups customers by how recently they came in, and by how many times they’ve visited in the last 18 months — so a first visit doesn’t become the last.

  • Active
  • High Risk
  • Lapsed
  • Lost
Who are my Lapsed customers that used to spend the most?
Here are your Lapsed customers sorted by what they’ve spent, with their last visit and last store.
  • Most last came in five to eight months ago
  • Two thirds were multi-vehicle households
Want me to draft a short note you could send them?

Illustrative example. Drafts are text in your chat — you decide whether and how to send anything.

Your spiff and incentive tracker

Spiffs for your advisors, incentive programs from your vendors — both need someone to count what was sold, by who, and from where. SideKick360 already has it on every invoice. Now you can just ask.

Tracked from your own invoices

Every tire is matched to its brand, size and distributor, and every parts line carries its vendor and cost — all tied to the advisor who sold it. So tracking spiffs and programs stops being a monthly export.

  • Spiffs: tell it what each spiff pays, and it totals what each advisor earned
  • Units, sales and gross profit by program brand or tracked service
  • Share of your tires and parts by distributor or vendor
  • Gap to your target, the weekly pace you need, and the tier you’re on track for
  • Which stores and advisors are behind

Totals come from what you sold and the costs on your invoices, for you to review. Your own spiff rules and each program’s statement still decide what counts and what pays.

We pay advisors $5 per program-brand tire and $10 per alignment. What did each advisor earn in September?
Here’s September by advisor, from their invoices:
  • Program-brand tires and alignments sold, and the spiff total for each
  • The invoices behind every total, so you can check before you pay
Want the same for the quarter, or the gap to your program target?

Illustrative example.

See where you stand against other shops

Work with other shops in your network. Compete. Get better together. Compare your results with your Peer Group — or benchmark against your program network.

Peer Groups

Compare against your peers

Your 20 Group, your coach’s clients, or shops you choose to work with — side by side on the same standardized numbers, whenever you ask. Your coach gets the numbers you share without waiting for you to send a report.

Rank our peer group on average RO and car count this month.
Here’s your peer group ranked by average repair order, with car count and the change from last month. Want the Maintenance Hunter breakdown for the top shop?

Illustrative example. Peer-group results leave out customer details.

Program network

Benchmark against your network

See how your shop compares with the other shops in your program network on the same measures — network numbers, never another shop’s name or customers.

How does our effective labor rate compare with our program network?
Your labor rate against the network, this month and year to date — and which of your stores is furthest from it. Want to see what the stores above the network average do differently?

Illustrative example.

Same numbers, same rulesEvery shop’s data is standardized by SideKick360, whatever system it runs, so labor rate, average RO and Maintenance Hunter mean the same thing for everyone. No more comparing numbers that were calculated three different ways.
You choose who sees your numbersEach shop opts in and decides what it shares, and with whom. Shop-level results only — never your customers.
Updated every 15 minutesNo monthly spreadsheet to fill in before the meeting. Ask whenever you want, on numbers that refresh every 15 minutes.

Questions you’ll be able to ask

Every one of these is answered from data the connector already reads in testing.

Owners

How did we do this month versus last month?
Sales, car count, average repair order, labor, parts and gross profit, side by side.
Our goal is $180K this month. What do we need today to stay on track?
Tell it your goal. It works out the pace from your month-to-date numbers.
Are we up or down year over year?
Year to date against the same period last year, or this month against the same month last year.

Multi-store operators

Rank my stores. Which one is slipping?
Every store on sales, gross profit, car count, average repair order and labor rate, with the change against the prior period.
Which store runs Maintenance Hunter the least?
Runs, flagged services and conversions by store and by advisor.

Store managers

Rank my service advisors this month.
Sales, average repair order, gross profit, discounts and Maintenance Hunter, advisor by advisor.
Which advisor is missing the most maintenance?
Flagged, sold and missed services, with the invoices to coach from.
How many brake flushes did we sell this month, and who sold them?
Any service your shop tracks, by store and by employee, and its 12-month trend.

Labor & technicians

What’s our effective labor rate?
By store and by technician, for any period.
Rank my technicians.
Labor sales, effective labor rate and gross profit, tech by tech.

Customers

How many customers are High Risk or Lapsed right now?
Counts by segment, then the list behind any segment.
How many one-visit customers did we have in the last 18 months?
Customers grouped by visit count, so you can see who never came back.

Spiffs, incentives & vendors

What spiffs did each advisor earn this month?
Tell it what each spiff pays once. It totals each advisor from their invoices.
What’s our tire share by brand and by distributor?
Units, sales and gross profit by brand, vendor and tire size, for any date range.
Our program target is 400 units. How many more do we need?
Tell it the target. It does the math from what you actually sold.
Which program tier are we on track for this quarter?
Give it the tiers once. It checks your pace against them.
What share of our parts went to our program vendor last quarter?
Parts sales and cost by vendor, read from the vendor on each invoice line.
Which advisors sell our program brand, and which default to something else?
Who to coach before the period closes.

Peer Groups & benchmarks

How do we rank in our peer group this month?
Sales, car count, average repair order, labor rate and Maintenance Hunter, shop by shop.
How does our labor rate compare with our program network?
Your numbers against the network’s — never another shop’s name or customers.

Connector options depend on your Claude or ChatGPT plan. We’ll send exact, current steps with your access.

Built to inform, not to act

What the connector does, and what happens to your data when you use it.

How it works

  • Read-only. The connector looks things up. It doesn’t send messages, change records or take actions in SideKick360.
  • Only your stores. Answers are limited to the stores your SideKick360 login can see.
  • Your login, your approval. You sign in with SideKick360 and approve the connection yourself.
  • Answers from SideKick360 data. If something isn’t in SideKick360 — like your appointment schedule — the connector can’t look it up.

Your data in the chat

  • Your question decides what’s shared. When you ask a question, the connector sends the SideKick360 data needed to answer it to the AI app you’re using.
  • That can include customer details. Some answers include customer names and contact details from your records, which then appear in your chat.
  • The AI provider’s terms apply. Your chats are handled by Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) under your account and their terms.

Questions

Can I use it today?

Not yet. The connector is in testing. Planned public launch is October 30, 2026. Join the waitlist for updates.

Does joining the waitlist give me access?

No. Joining registers your interest and signs you up for launch updates. It doesn’t guarantee access or an invitation date.

What will it cost?

Pricing hasn’t been announced. We’ll share it before launch.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT connect to business software. You don’t need to know anything about it — it’s the plumbing that lets the chat look things up in SideKick360 instead of guessing.

Is this the SideKick Connector we installed on our server?

No. That connector sends your shop-management data to SideKick360. This one connects SideKick360 to your AI chat app.

Which AI apps will it work with?

We’re testing with Claude and ChatGPT. Connector options depend on your plan with each app; we’ll confirm the details before launch.

Does it work with my shop-management system?

The connector reads the data SideKick360 already collects for your shop, so it works from your SideKick360 account rather than directly from your shop-management system. Tell us your system when you join so we can confirm. See systems SideKick360 supports.

Can it text or email my customers?

No. The connector is read-only. The AI app can draft a message in your chat; whether and how anything is sent is up to you.

Be ready to ask your shop on October 30
