Work with other shops in your network. Compete. Get better together.
Compare your results against your peers with Peer Groups — or benchmark against your program network. Ask Claude or ChatGPT about sales, car count, average repair order, labor rate and Maintenance Hunter. No exports, no spreadsheets, no waiting for the call.
Planned launch: October 30, 2026. In testing now — not yet publicly available.
Two ways to see where you stand
Compare your results against the shops you choose — or against the network you belong to.
Compare against your peers
Your 20 Group, your coach’s clients, or shops you’ve chosen to work with. Every member shop side by side on the same standardized numbers — whenever you ask.
“Rank our peer group on average RO and car count this month.”
Benchmark against your network
See how your shop compares with the other shops in your program network on the same measures — network numbers, never another shop’s name or customers.
“How does our labor rate compare with our program network?”
No more sending your coach your numbers
Your coach gets instant access to the performance numbers you choose to share in your peer group — so the call starts with answers, not a spreadsheet.
Pull the reports, export them, email them to the coach.
The coach stitches every shop’s spreadsheet into one comparison.
By the monthly call, the numbers are already weeks old.
Compete on the numbers that matter
Every member shop, side by side — on SideKick360’s standardized numbers, whichever supported shop-management system each one runs.
The scoreboard
Rank member shops on sales, gross profit, car count, average repair order, effective labor rate and discounts — this month, year to date, or against last year.
Maintenance Hunter
Who runs it on every car, who sells what’s due, and which services each shop keeps missing. The fastest place to find a coaching win.
Customers coming back
How many Active, High Risk and Lapsed customers each shop has, and how many first-time customers return for a second visit.
Get better together
Competition gets attention. Comparison shows the way. Your coach — or any member with access — can ask:
- “Which shop improved most since last month, and on what?”
- “Where is each shop below the group on labor rate or average RO?”
- “Which shop has the best Maintenance Hunter capture, and how do the others compare?”
Then the group spends the meeting on how the leader does it.
- Two shops moved up on average RO; one slipped on car count
- The biggest gain came with more maintenance sold per car

How peer groups will work
Every owner decides. Nothing is shared until they say so.
Each shop on SideKick360
Every member shop has its own SideKick360 account, built from its own shop-management system.
Each owner joins the peer group
Owners choose to join a peer group and who can see their numbers — the coach, the facilitator, other members. We set it up with each owner.
Ask across the group
Members and the coach see the group leaderboard and ask Claude or ChatGPT across the peer group — performance numbers only.
Ground rules
Groups work because members trust each other. Keep it that way.
What it does
- Only shops that opted in. Comparisons cover the shops in your peer group — nothing more.
- Read-only. It looks things up. It doesn’t send messages, change records or take actions.
- Peers by name, networks by numbers. Peer Groups show the shops that opted in. Network benchmarks show network-level numbers only.
What to know before you share
- Numbers, not customers. Peer-group results leave out customer names and contact details. Each shop’s customer records stay with that shop.
- Answers appear in the AI app. Questions and answers are handled by Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) under the account of whoever is asking.
- Leaving is simple. An owner can ask us to remove someone’s access to their shop.

Questions
What’s the difference between a Peer Group and a network benchmark?
A Peer Group is a set of shops that chose to share their numbers with each other — you see each shop side by side. A network benchmark compares your shop with your program network as a whole, using network-level numbers, never another shop’s name or customers.
Does every shop in the group need SideKick360?
Yes. Each member shop needs its own SideKick360 account, and each owner decides who can see it.
Our shops run different shop-management systems. Does that matter?
SideKick360 standardizes data from the systems it supports into one format, so member shops can be compared side by side. See supported systems.
Does the group see my customers’ information?
No. Peer-group results leave out customer names and contact details — members and coaches compare performance numbers. Your customer records stay with your shop.
Is it available now?
Not yet. It’s in testing, with a planned public launch on October 30, 2026.
What will it cost?
Pricing hasn’t been announced. We’ll share it before launch.
